Vistara is spreading its wings with the addition of a new international route as it connects Pune in Maharashtra with Singapore, the airline announced on Friday.

Vistara is spreading its wings with the addition of a new international route as it connects Pune in Maharashtra with Singapore, the airline announced on Friday.

The four-times-a-week flight will start on December 2. The airline will operate its A321neo aircraft with a three-class configuration, the airline added.

Vinod Kannan, chief executive officer, Vistara, said, “We are very excited to be able to launch the long-awaited connection between Pune and Singapore. Singapore is a key market for business and leisure travel from various points in India and we are glad that the new route will offer enhanced connectivity to our customers.”

Meanwhile, the airline also announced a daily flight between India’s commercial capital Mumbai and Nepal’s capital Kathmandu. The flight will start on November 15. The flight will enable convenient onward connections to popular destinations like Dubai, Jeddah and Abu Dhabi, among others.

“We are also delighted to introduce another international route between Mumbai and Kathmandu, thereby offering the customers the option to avail seamless connections beyond Mumbai across our domestic as well as international network. We will continue to densify our network for the convenience of our customers and offer them the experience of flying with India’s best airline,” Kannan added.

An introductory all-inclusive round trip from Pune-Singapore-Pune will cost ₹17,779 in Economy class, ₹32,459 in premium economy class and ₹82,999 in business class.

Similarly, a Singapore-Pune-Singapore flight will cost Singapore Dollars (SGD) 369 for economy, SGD 719 for premium economy and SGD 1899 for business class.

The Pune-Singapore flight will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. It will depart from Pune at 2.10 in the morning, and it will reach Singapore at 10.30 am.

The Singapore-Pune flight will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. It will depart Singapore at 11.50 in the morning and reach Pune at 3.15 in the afternoon.

Likewise, the introductory all-inclusive round-trip from Mumbai-Kathmandu-Mumbai will cost ₹17,899 for the economy, ₹24,399 for premium economy and ₹51,999 for business class.

Similarly, the Kathmandu-Mumbai-Kathmandu flight will cost Nepalese Rupees (NPR) 27,199 for the economy, NPR 35,199 in premium economy and NPR 75,599 in business class.

The Mumbai-Kathmandu flight will depart Mumbai at 7.25 in the morning and will reach Kathmandu at 10.30 am. The Kathmandu-Mumbai flight will depart Kathmandu at 11.30 in the morning and will reach Mumbai at 2.05 pm.
