Singh passionately highlighted the sacrifices made by Manipuri women during critical historical periods, particularly their role in reclaiming the motherland from Awa during the Seven Years Devastation.

Addressing contemporary challenges, Singh called for unity among communities to restore peace in the state, acknowledging the difficulties faced by those affected by ongoing law and order issues.

Regarding the influx of Myanmar nationals due to regional turmoil, Singh assured shelter while maintaining measures to protect indigenous populations.
