The hearing in Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case was on Monday.  The case of Anil Tripathi and Pawan Shastri could not be heard due to not sitting in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division.  The next date for hearing in this has been fixed on November 7.  The hearing of Mahendra Pratap Singh’s case was held in the district judge’s court.

Demand for formation of special court for all hearings

Mahendra Pratap demanded the formation of a special court to hear all matters related to the birthplace of Shri Krishna.  The Sunni Central Waqf Board did not appear during the hearing on Monday.  On this, the plaintiff demanded the court to make a unilateral order against the Sunni Central Waqf Board.  The date of 7 November has been fixed for hearing in this.

Mahendra Pratap Singh says that the Muslim side is erasing the evidence of Hindu architecture from the disputed site, and the Hindu side is demanding a continuous survey of the disputed site.

Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh has also accused the Muslim side of deliberately provoking the hanging of the case.

Whereas Advocate Tanveer Ahmed, secretary of Shahi Idgah Committee, says that the plaintiff himself is doing the work of deliberately hanging the case, and accusing us.  Court documents will prove whether we are hanging the case or Hindu side.

So far 12 claims have been filed in the court to free the 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and remove the Shahi Idgah Masjid.
