Amidst his busy schedule, Dosanjh has also been sharing the benefits of yoga, emphasizing its importance to the youth during his concerts. In a recent social media clip from his Pune concert, Dosanjh elaborated on how yoga has helped him navigate life’s challenges and manage daily stress.

Dosanjh shared insights into his own life, acknowledging the daily tensions he faces. He said, “Musibate toh ayengi, tension toh ayengi life mein. Mere ko jitni tension roz aati hai main bata bhi nahi sakta aapko kya kya tension aati hai roz. Toh jitna bada kaam utni badi tension” (Problems will come, tension will be there in life. The tension that I face every day, I can’t even tell you what all I face on a daily basis. So the bigger the work, the bigger the tension). His message was clear: embracing yoga can help manage these pressures effectively.
As part of his ongoing tour, Diljit Dosanjh has been performing across various cities in India, including New Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati. However, his concert in Hyderabad came under scrutiny when the Telangana government issued a notice asking him not to promote alcohol, drugs, or violence in his songs. In response, Dosanjh suggested the government should consider a nationwide ban on alcohol.
