Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva raised concerns about the legality of the audio clip. He questioned why Balyan had not approached the court to have the clip removed from platforms like YouTube if it was old and prohibited by the court. Sachdeva demanded answers from AAP leaders, including Sanjay Singh, regarding other party members like Amanatullah Khan, Prakash Jarwal, Sharad Chauhan, Akhilesh Tripathi, Sanjeev Jha, Surender Kumar, Jai Bhagwan, Dinesh Mohaniya, Somnath Bharti, and former municipal councillor Tahir Hussain, who are facing serious criminal allegations.
