In a conversation with The New Indian, Virendra Singh Solanki, ABVP national secretary, shared, “Currently, 10,000 participants are present at this grand procession. A notable highlight is the chariot representing Shivaji Maharaj’s historic Swaraj Yatra, a sight that fills us all with immense pride.”

The enthusiastic youth, adorned in different attires representing their diverse cultures, turned Delhi’s thoroughfares into a kaleidoscope of colours and energy. Residents of the national capital welcomed them with floral showers and traditional music at 62 locations, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the city.

The convention, held in its Golden Jubilee Year, encapsulated the theme of “Different Languages, Different Attires, Yet One Nation”.

In an interaction with TNI, students from Pragyik Vidyarthi Parishad, a student union in Nepal, shared their enthusiasm while attending the ABVP convention. “Seeing the dedication of the organisers here has filled our hearts with enthusiasm.
