PATNA: A complaint has been filed before a magistrate’s court against DMK leader and Tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin’s son Udhayanidhi for calling for the eradication of Sanatan Dharma.

The complaint has been filed by advocate Sunil Kumar Ojha before the civil court in Muzaffarpur district. The matter is scheduled for hearing on September 14.

“Religious sentiments of millions of Hindus and followers of the Sanatan Dharma across the country have been hurt by the statement by Udhayanidhi,” Ojha told media persons.

He further said, “The accused has given such a statement with the aim of political gain. In such a situation, strict legal action should be taken against the accused. The court has accepted the complaint.”
