EXCLUSIVE: Jack Straw’s Muslim appeasement behind BBC documentary?

NEW DELHI | Updated: 23 January, 2023 3:18 am IST

Former ambassador Ashok Sajjanhar terms former UK Foreign Minister Jack Straw’s involvement as a bid to woo Muslims in his constituency.

Sajjanhar is one of the 302 eminent Indian citizens who signed a petition against the BBC documentary against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.  He also demands a probe as he questions how confidential reports, which are under the Official Secrets Act, get to the BBC.

Sajjanhar also termed the BBC document “propaganda,” as it ignored the Godhra incident, where 59 people, returning from Ayodhya were burnt alive.
