Man Accused Of Desecration, Hanged Allegedly By Nihang Sikhs At Farmer Protest Site; Haryana Registers Murder FIR

NEW DELHI: In a shocking case, a man was allegedly found hanging with his right hand chopped off, near the Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) protest site at Kundli border on Friday morning.

Farmers at the site claimed that the unidentified man was sent by someone to desecrate the holy Guru Granth Sahib and was paid Rs 30,000 for it, said Sources.

Nihangs are being accused of killing the man after cutting his wrist and hanging him on to a barricade.

The horrific incident took place around 6 am this morning.

 

Ravi Kumar, SHO Kundli police station, arrived at the crime scene in the morning.

The body was sent for post-mortem and the matter is being investigated.
