NIA Announces Reward Of Rs 10 lakh On KTF Terrorist

NEW DELHI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) announced on Friday that it has declared a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh on the fugitive terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) in a conspiracy to kill a Hindu priest in Jalandhar.

The NIA said that the agency has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh on Nijjar, who is presently residing in Canada and is the chief of KTF. Nijjar is a permanent resident of Jalandhar in Punjab.

The anti-terror probe agency said that Nijjar is also promoting the secessionist and violent agenda of Sikhs for Justice in India.
