EXPLAINED: Dhruv Rathee Stalking A 55% Disabled Man; Court Summons| Rohan Dua

This explainer by The New Indian Executive Editor Rohan Dua talks about the court summon that has been issued against a controversial Youtuber Dhruv Rathee on an appeal of a 50-year-old Mumbai based man, who is not only suffering from 55 % physical disability but was mentally harassed by this man as he accused of committing violence. The 50-year-old man Suresh Nakhua, whom Dhruv rathee has called repeatedly violent, is a father of two young girls and has impairment in his walking. Nakhua, who is being bullied by Rathee, had secured legal victory in 1993 when he ensured reservation for physically handicapped in colleges. Nakhua has been working part time as BJP spokesperson but was reduced to an undignified, vitriolic and disturbing commentary by Dhruv Rathee. Rathee who believes he can attack anyone viciously and unapologetially usually targets, finds and harasses his opponents who do not subscribe to his ideology.
