NEW DELHI: Yashasvi Jaiswal has quickly emerged as one of India’s most promising talents in Test cricket, with a remarkable ability to turn every hundred into a monumental innings. In his short but impactful career so far, Jaiswal has scored four Test centuries, each of them exceeding the 150-run mark a rare feat that highlights his hunger for big scores and his exceptional temperament.

Jaiswal first announced himself on the global stage with a stunning 209 off 290 balls against England, a double century that showcased his blend of patience and aggression. He followed it up with another unbeaten 214 off just 236 deliveries, again against England, in an innings where he controlled the game from start to finish. These performances not only secured dominant positions for India but also cemented his reputation as a batter capable of dictating terms against top-quality bowling attacks.

In the Caribbean, Jaiswal’s 171 off 387 balls against the West Indies was a different kind of masterpiece.
