The Bharatiya Janata Party will win all 14 Lok Sabha seats in Jharkhand in the upcoming General Elections in 2024, declared Home Minister BJP Amit Shah sounding the poll bugle at Sankalp rally in Deoghar on Saturday. “BJP will win all 14 Lok Sabha seats, and then will form a government with full majority in Assembly Elections as well.” said Shah giving out a clarion call to party workers for the Lok Sabha and Assembly Election.
Attacking Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Shah said, “I have no qualms in saying that Jharkhand has the most corrupt government. Atal ji had made Jharkhand with a vision of progress and development of Dalits and tribals. But instead today we are seeing that our tribal girls are being killed and victimised by outsiders. There is a demographic change in several areas of Jharkhand. Voters can’t be fooled forever. Let Hemant Soren fight it out in the electoral arena.”
Shah started his speech by evoking the memory of great freedom fighters from Jharkhand and talking about the spiritual relevance of Deoghar. “Santhal pargana is the land of rishis, This is the land of bholenath. It is the land built with the blood and sweat of martyrs. I begin my address by paying tributes to Shaheed Chunaram Mahato, Shaheed Govind Mahato, Baba Tilka Manjhi, Nand Kishore Manjhi, and Jugal Kishore,” said Shah.
Highlighting that it was Prime Minister Narendra Modi who sent a tribal woman (President Droupadi Murmu) to Rashtrapati Bhavan, “Narendra Modi has given respect to all tribals, all poor people,” said Shah.
On the same day, Shah laid the foundation stone of a ₹450-crore nano urea plant and township of the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative (IFFCO) in Jharkhand’s Deoghar. This will be India’s fifth nano urea plant.
Shah also took part in the centenary year celebrations of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapeeth, apart from offering prayers at the famed Baba Baidyanath Temple during his crucial visit to the state.
