Twitter CEO Elon Musk will auction off various things from the company headquarters, including chairs and coffee machines in San Francisco on January 17

Musk had earlier mentioned that the company needs some ‘cost-cutting’ measures.

But president Nick Dove from Heritage Global Partners, company facilitating the bidding said, “Anyone who thinks the auction is part of preserving finances is a moron.”

Generating revenue is his prime objective he had said after taking over on October 27, 2022.

He also laid off half the employees in the company just after taking over.

Now he will be selling off Twitter’s surplus assets and souvenirs.

The opening bids will range from 25 to 50 dollars.

A large Twitter bird statue, projector, iMac screens, espresso machines, chairs, and kitchenware are a few things up for auction.
