On Monday, actress Dia Mirza shared an encouraging message to all working mothers through a social media post.

Dia, who is balancing her career in front of the camera while being a mother, posted an adorable picture of herself with her son and expressed gratitude for the positive feedback on her latest movie, "Bheed".

She revealed that she did the film for her children so they could learn the power of empathy. In her caption, she also offered support to new mothers struggling to return to work, stating that "we are better parents when we choose to do all that gives us joy."
