Democrat leader Adam Schiff urges Joe Biden to quit Presidential race
Mr. Schiff, a pivotal congressman, told the Los Angeles Times he doubts that the 81-year-old incumbent can defeat Trump.

Concerns over Biden's age and health gained momentum after he performed poorly in a televised debate against Trump last month in June.
Schiff hailed Biden as "one of the most consequential presidents in our nation's history" and suggested that he should secure his legacy by stepping aside.
