Congress senior leader and spokesperson Pawan Khera in an interview to The New Indian’s Assistant Editor Anand Singh said that the party was expecting a decisive mandate from the people of Himachal. The next big challenge for Congress is to decide the CM face, which could be a cause of factionalism within the party.
