NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notice regarding the Civil Services Examination 2025, announcing the rejection of applications for 43 candidates due to the non-payment of the application fee.
The UPSC clarified that the bank authorities did not confirm the receipt of the required Rs 100 fee for these candidates, leading to the cancellation of their applications.
According to the notice, the candidates whose applications were rejected had failed to provide confirmation from the bank regarding the payment of the fee.
โWith reference to your application for Civil Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2025, confirmation has NOT been received from the Bank authorities regarding receipt of Fee of Rs 100/- for the following 43 candidates,โ the commissionโs notice stated.
It emphasized that the provisions outlined in the UPSCโs Examination Notice dated January 21, 2025, applied to these candidates, and as a result, their applications were invalidated.
