UP board results 2023: Priyanshi Soni tops class 10, Shubh Chhabra tops intermediate exams

UP Board releases 2023 exam results, High School pass percentage at 89.78% and Intermediate at 75.52%, girls outshine boys in both categories

New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education declared the results of its annual exams for 2023. As per the results, 89.78% of students have passed the High School exam, while 75.52% of students passed the Intermediate exam. The pass percentage for girls was higher than boys in both High School and Intermediate exams.

The Director of UP Board, Dr. Mahendra Dev, and Secretary, Divya Kant Shukla, made the announcement about the results. They also revealed that Shubh Chhabra from Mahoba secured the top spot in the Intermediate exams.

Meanwhile, in the High School exams, Priyanshi Soni from Sitapur emerged as the topper. Priyanshi Soni’s achievement was celebrated in her hometown and her family was elated with the news.

Many students who appeared for the exams were relieved to receive their results, while others who didn’t pass were disheartened. Teachers and schools have been encouraging students to not lose hope and prepare for supplementary exams.

The board will now start the process of distributing mark sheets and certificates to students. The results will also be uploaded on the official website of UP Board, allowing students to check their scores online.

Overall, the results of the UP Board exams have been quite satisfactory, with a majority of students passing the exams. The board will continue to strive towards providing quality education to students in the state.
