NEW DELHI: TV actress Aditi Sharma, currently starring in Apollena โ Sapno Ki Unchi Udann, has landed in legal trouble after her husband, Abhineet Kaushik, accused her of infidelity.
He also revealed that they secretly tied the knot on November 12, 2024, at their Goregaon residence, but Aditi insisted on keeping the marriage hidden.
In an interview with India Forums, Abhineet and his lawyer, Rakesh Shetty, claimed that the couple had been living together for years before Aditi pressured him into marriage.
Despite initial hesitation, Abhineet agreed, and the wedding took place in the presence of their families, following traditional rituals.
โShe wanted to keep the marriage a secret for the sake of her career. I agreed, thinking it was for her benefit. We had a proper wedding with all rituals, attended by our families, and I have 1,000 photos as proof,โ Abhineet stated.
Shetty also shared wedding pictures with the publication and alleged that Abhineet later discovered Aditiโs romantic involvement with her Apollena co-actor, Samarthya Gupta.
โAbhineet caught them together, leading to an ugly confrontation. Even the showโs producer, Karishma, was aware of it,โ Shetty claimed.
Tensions escalated between the couple, leading to multiple police complaints. Abhineet further alleged that Aditiโs family demanded โน25 lakh as a settlement during a lawyer-arranged meeting. โHer father slapped Abhineet, and in the scuffle, Aditi got injured,โ Shetty stated.
The legal battle between the two continues, drawing attention to the personal turmoil behind the actressโs rising career.
