NEW DELHI/SRINAGAR: Tightening its noose around in the terror funding case, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday carried out searches at several locations in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.
An NIA official said that the multiple teams of the anti-terror probe agency are carrying out searches since 7.30 am in the morning.
An NIA source said that premises of Zahoor Ahmed Malla, Mehraj Din Bhat, Firoz Ahmad Shiekh, Khalid Shaikh, Zahoor Sheikh and Hotel Hilton.

According to NIA sources, during searches very important pieces of evidence and documents related to property and banking transactions have been seized.
According to NIA sources, raids are also going on the premises of Malla, who is currently in Udhampur jail. He is already facing many serious allegations. Malla is the son of Bashir Ahmed Malla, a resident of the old Baramulla area.
After receiving a lot of inputs against Bhat, who is the son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, his premises too were searched.
The source also said that a team of NIA reached out to raid the owner of Hotel Hilton in Pahalgam on the charge of helping the terrorists and helping them in raising funds. Hotel Hilton is owned by Zahoor Sheikh, son of Gulam Ahmad Shiekh. Zahoor resides in the Diwan Colony of Pahalgam along with his father.
