MCD has issued a notice regarding the misuse of property by the Drishti Coaching Centre owned by Vikas Divyakirti. The coaching centre is located in the basement of the Single Unit Local Shopping Centre, Vardhman Mall, Nehru Vihar, Delhi-110054. The property in question includes the combined basement of Towers 1, 2, and 3. This use is reported to violate Clause 15.9 of the Master Plan for Delhi 2021 (MPD-2021).
