PM Modi expressed India's readiness to share its millet resources with the world, noting that the previous year was celebrated as the International Year of Millets.
In addition to commemorating Kargil Vijay Diwas, PM Modi will virtually carry out the first blast of the Shinkun La Tunnel Project which will provide all-weather connectivity to Leh, enhancing both civilian and military logistics in the region.
