Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2024

Aaditya Thackeray, son of Shiv Sena (UBT) chief and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, is leading from Worli with 11,251 votes, while Milind Murli Deora of Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena is trailing him with 10,853 votes.

Maharashtra saw a voter turnout of 58% till 5 PM on Wednesday as polling continued across 288 assembly constituencies.

Shiv Sena leader Sada Sarvankar confidently told The New Indian that he feels no fear from his younger opponents, claiming, "All the young opponents are kids against me. My experience will help me win."
