The incident was brought to light when SI Prithi Singh, ASI Udhar Namdev, ASI Jai Singh, and DHG Rakesh observed suspicious behaviour at Narela Railway Station. Upon further inquiry, it was discovered that the children, en route to their tuition classes, had been lured and abducted by the perpetrator.
