Six persons have been arrested for allegedly raping two minor sisters, also Dalit, and strangling them to death, in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri. The accused have been identified as Chotu, Junaid, Suhail, Kamruddin, Arif, and Hafiz.
