Justice Amit Bansal condemned the sale of contaminated medical supplies under J&Jโs trademarks, posing serious health risks. The case unraveled an international counterfeit network linked to a Delhi-based firm, M/s Medserve. The court imposed โน2.34 crore in compensatory damages and โน1 crore in punitive damages, reinforcing the need to safeguard public health and medical supply chain integrity.
