The Film Federation of India has selected Laapataa Ladies as India’s official entry to oscars for the Best Foreign Film category, 2025

As per a recent report, ‘Animal’, featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Triptii Dimri, will be accessible on a major OTT platform starting January 26, 2024, coinciding with Republic Day.

Despite facing criticism for allegedly glorifying violence and misogyny, "Animal" has proven to be a box office juggernaut, surpassing ₹532.77 crores in India alone. This monumental success marks a career milestone for Ranbir, solidifying a milestone of India’s cinema.
