PM Modi Vows to Empower Youth, Women, Poor, and Farmers

 NEW DELHI: Ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) election manifesto, titled ‘Sankalp Patra.’ Addressing the nation, PM Modi outlined several key initiatives and commitments aimed at empowering the youth, women, poor, farmers, and elderly citizens.

While launching the Manifesto PM Modi said, “This is a very holy day. Several states in the country are celebrating the ‘nav varsh’…Today, on the 6th day of Navaratri we pray to Maa Katyayani. She holds the lotus in both her hands. This coincidence is a huge blessing. Even better, it is Ambedkar Jayanti too.” Prime Minister Modi emphasized the BJP’s track record of manifesto implementation, stating that every point of the party’s manifesto from the last decade has been

realized on the ground. He highlighted the ‘Sankalp Patra’ as a comprehensive document that empowers all pillars of a developed India. The entire country waits for the BJP’s ‘Sankalp Patra’. There is a big reason behind it as in the last 10 years, the BJP has implemented every point of its manifesto as a guarantee on the ground. This ‘Sankalp Patra’ empowers all the 4 strong pillars of developed India- Youth, women, poor and farmers. PM Modi announced the commencement of work on the ‘Sankalp Patra’ immediately after the election results on June 4.

“Work on BJP’s ‘Sankalp Patra’ will begin immediately after the June 4 results. The government has already started working on the 100-day action plan. The ambition of the people of the country is Modi’s mission. We saw the success of Chandrayaan. Now we will experience the pride of Gaganyaan. We just saw India welcoming the world to the G20 and now we will make all efforts to host the Olympics…” he said.

He further announced plans to expand initiatives such as the Ayushman Bharat scheme to include the transgender community, provide free ration for the next five years, and raise the Mudra loan limit from Rs 10 lakhs to Rs 20 lakhs. Addressing concerns regarding healthcare access for the elderly, PM Modi pledged to bring every individual above 75 years of age under the purview of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. He assured special efforts to ensure housing for disabled individuals, catering to their specific needs under the PM Housing Scheme.

Amidst global uncertainty Modi assured security PM said, “Cloud of uncertainty is hovering over the world today. There is a situation of war. The world is tense. In such times of crisis, the security of Indians living in these regions is our priority. When such tensions prevail across the world, it becomes all the more necessary to have a strong and stable government with a full majority – such a government that makes the country economically prosperous, that takes the country towards ‘Viksit Bharat’ swiftly and the BJP is determined for this. BJP’s manifesto gives a guarantee for once such government…”

PM further said BJP doesn’t walk away from taking ‘bade’ and ‘kade’ decisions, “In the national interest, BJP doesn’t walk away from taking ‘bade’ and ‘kade’ decisions. For us, the country is bigger than the party…” he said.

Modi spoke on BJP’s anti-corruption agenda in the manifesto. “Now the poor are getting their rights and those who looted the poor are going to jail. Such strict action will continue against the corrupt, this is Modi’s guarantee…”

PM Modi outlined the BJP’s vision for transforming India into a global hub for emerging sectors. He announced plans to introduce bullet trains in North, East, and South India, expand Vande Bharat trains nationwide, and strengthen digital infrastructure, including 5G and 6G networks. Acknowledging the significance of regional languages, PM Modi expressed a commitment to promoting Tamil language and affirmed its status as the pride of Bharat.

He reiterated the BJP’s resolve to implement a Uniform Civil Code and move towards One Nation, One Election. He expressed confidence in India’s journey towards becoming a global powerhouse under the BJP’s leadership, emphasizing the party’s unwavering dedication to the nation’s progress.
