Ram Temple elevates emotional connection: Dr. Hiranandani in Ayodhya

NEW DELHI: Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, an Indian billionaire businessman, co-founder and managing director of Hiranandani Group, engaged in real estate business, arrived in Ayodhya for the grand consecration ceremony of the newly built Ram temple on January 22.

The New Indian’s Executive Editor Rohan Dua, who was officially invited to the ceremony, spoke to the industrialist and gauged his feelings about the momentous event that took centre stage in India and the entire world. Hiranandani told TNI, “I feel delighted, ecstatic, happy and wonderful with whatever has happened today. I think it is a paradigm shift which is unbelievable.”

He also said that with the consecration ceremony, the emotional quotient of the public has increased, instilling a sense of service in Indians. He said, “I am looking forward to the new change in the entire climate. I see that till today people used to talk about GDP, about how much money is generated in the country. But today it feels like now due to Ram temple there is a boost in the emotional quotient of Indians.

“In the country, people have started to talk about service. As Mohan Bhagwat said, after your needs are fulfilled, you should talk about serving the country and its people. Our Prime Minister has raised a slogan that we should give back to society and we won’t do it afterwards but we have to start from now only.”

Dua also spoke to other industries like the Chairman of Hero Enterprise Sunil Kant Munjal, who on the occasion of the ceremony, said, “As people who have watched the developments over the many decades and waited as a nation for 500 years, it is truly an occasion which is special, of wonderment and rejoicing. It is an occasion to celebrate Indianness and the ability of Indians and Hindus to call Ram’s abode in Ayodhya truly his home. I think every Indian would like to visit this place once in his life.”
