NEW DELHI: In a remarkable demonstration of swift action and vigilant policing, the alert staff of PS-Sabzi Mandi Railway Station successfully rescued five abducted children aged between 4 and 10. The children have joyously reunited with their families, averting potential uncertainty in their lives. The kidnapper responsible for this heinous act, identified as Setu Verma, 22 years old, was swiftly apprehended by the railway unit within a remarkable 24-hour timeframe.

Verma confessed to his nefarious intentions during interrogation, revealing his plan to sell the children for monetary gain. The heartening resolution to this harrowing ordeal was made possible due to the dedicated efforts of railway police personnel, led by Inspector Sharat Bishnoi, SHO of Sabzi Mandi Railway Station, whose adherence to conventional policing strategies, coupled with technological advancements, facilitated the prompt detection and rescue operation.
