Prez Polls: Modi May Visit Murmu’s House, Nadda To Hold Roadshow

NEW DELHI: A confident BJP is gearing up to celebrate the victory of Droupadi Murmu in the presidential poll. Prime Minister Narendra Modi may visit the house of Murmu in Delhi to congratulate the newly elected president after the results are announced officially.

PM Modi’s cabinet is expected to accompany him to Murmu’s House.

BJP national president JP Nadda will hold a victory roadshow from the Delhi BJP state office at Pt. Pant Marg to near Rajpath in the evening today.

Some cabinet ministers are expected to accompany Nadda on the roadshow. He will also address the gathering at the party office.

The counting for the presidential election is on in the Parliament and the result is expected soon.

NDA’s presidential candidate Droupadi Murmu is all set to be the first tribal to occupy the highest Constitutional post in the country.

After her candidature was announced, even some non-NDA parties like JMM, BJD, and YSRCP extended support to her.
