The Surat Diamond Bourse, nestled in Khajod village near Surat city, stands as a global hub for trading both rough and polished diamonds, along with jewellery. Boasting over 67 lakh square feet of floor area, it emerges as the largest office complex globally, accommodating nearly 4,500 diamond trading offices.

The megastructure is a key component of the Diamond Research and Mercantile (DREAM) City, recognised by the Guinness World Records in August as the world’s largest office building. Constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 3,500 crore, it encompasses nine towers of 15 floors, offering office spaces ranging from 300 sq ft to 1 lakh sq ft.
