In addition to PM Modi, home minister Amit Shah and defence minister Rajnath Singh were also present during the meetings. The first session focused on the progress made in Uttar Pradesh (Paschim, Braj, and Kanpur-Bundelkhand), while the subsequent one addressed the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Odisha.

After his second session, West Bengal BJP president and MP Sukanta Majumder said, “We were showcased six videos relating to the three states, highlighting the development works carried out by the Central government and exposing corruption.”

Majumder further praised the central government’s efforts in executing significant developmental projects, particularly infrastructural initiatives such as AIIMS and Metro systems.

The meeting also addressed the formation of the new opposition alliance, INDIA, which was previously known as United Progressive Alliance (UPA). Majumder criticized the new opposition bloc, claiming it was a mere rebranding exercise to distance themselves from the past corruption scandals like 2G, 3G, and coal scams, which were associated with UPA.
