NEW DELHI: After the Parliament witnessed a security breach unfold, sources from the Special Cell have suggested that they will recreate the crime scene with all the accused, on Friday.
The activity is being undertaken to enable them to make a watertight chargesheet by recreating the entire scene.
“The accused will be taken to the Parliament premises to understand how they managed to enter the building with pepper spray and how they executed such a major event. The special cell will escort the accused from the gate of the Parliament building to inside, and a step-by-step recreation of the scene will be attempted,” said the source.

According to the source, the Special Cell wanted to recreate the events right after the arrests, however, due to the ongoing Winter Session it has had to be postponed. Presently, the police have reportedly elected to recreate the scene on Sunday when the Parliament will remain adjourned.
The team is also slated to bring the accused to the Gurugram flat where they had, reportedly, hatched the plan.
Over 50 mobile numbers have also been listed of the people the accused in police custody had spoken to in the last 15 days. Additionally, the team has started making calls to these numbers to gather more information.
They are hoping to find out if there are more actors involved in the operations.

On the other hand, two other protestors, Amol Shinde and Neelam, were held from outside the premises, while they were spreading coloured smoke all across. According to reports, two of the accused had received their visitor pass from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Pratip Simha.
Sharma and Manoranjan had jumped from the visitors’ gallery to reach the floor. However, upon entry, they could not find an exit from the gallery, as they were held by the MPs and thrashed within an inch of their lives. Consequently, they were handed over to the cops.
The Delhi Police has lodged the case under Section 120B of the IPC and sections under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act have also been registered in the FIR.
