When asked if he was one of those promising young players known for making big scores, Reddy’s response reflected his confidence and determination. “Yeah, if I have a chance, I’ll make sure I bat till the end,” he said, emphasizing his commitment to playing a crucial role for his team.
Reddy was then asked about his personal best score, and he proudly recalled his standout performance at the under-16 level. “442 is my highest score. I scored it in the under-16 domestic level at the quarterfinals against Nagaland,” he revealed. This remarkable achievement not only highlights his ability to play long innings but also marks him as a player with immense potential, setting a strong foundation for his future in Indian cricket.

Meanwhile, on Day 2 of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024, India staged a strong comeback after a disappointing collapse in their first innings. Having started with promise, India was bowled out for a modest 151 runs, leaving them in a vulnerable position. However, the Indian bowlers, led by captain Jasprit Bumrah, responded brilliantly.
