NEW DELHI: Two days after terminating the USD 44 billion deal, tech billionaire Elon Musk on Monday said that Twitter wants to take him to the court to force him for buying the micro-blogging platform.

The Tesla CEO posted a meme on his official account after reports stating that Twitter has hired a top legal firm to sue Musk emerged.

The billionaire had suspended the deal, accusing the social media company of refusing to violate the takeover agreement by not disclosing the number of fake accounts and spam accounts active on the platform.

In the meme, Musk said that he would now ask the company to disclose the bot information in the court. “Now, they have to disclose bot info in court,” he said.

Sharing the data on fake and spam Twitter accounts was one of key demands of Musk.
