This sudden attack led to panic and retaliatory actions, turning the celebration into a violent clash. Eyewitnesses reported that the situation escalated quickly, with both sides engaging in heated confrontations.

Arson and Vandalism

 

As tensions soared, the violence took a destructive turn. Several motorcycles were torched, and shops in the vicinity suffered damage. Videos from the scene showed thick smoke rising as vehicles burned, adding to the panic among locals. The clash resulted in significant property damage, leaving residents in fear.

Police Response and Security Measures

 

 

Law enforcement reacted swiftly to control the situation. Indore Rural Superintendent of Police (SP) Hitika Vasal stated, โ€œTension arose between two groups, leading to stone pelting and arson. The violence was reportedly triggered by an issue over firecrackers during the rally. As of now, three people have been confirmed injured. The situation is completely under control, and we urge the public not to believe any fake news. Adequate security forces have been deployed, and we are patrolling the area. A thorough investigation is underway, and those responsible will face strict legal action.โ€

Authorities Work to Restore Order

 

By late Sunday night, the situation had been brought under control. Indore Collector Ashish Singh assured the public that peace had been restored. โ€œThere is no trouble anywhere now. We appeal to citizens to stay calm and avoid spreading misinformation. Strict action will be taken against those involved in the violence. The investigation is ongoing,โ€ he said.

Officials continue their probe to identify those responsible for the clashes. Authorities have promised strict legal action against the culprits to prevent similar incidents in the future.
