This significant gathering, held after a four-year gap in the same premises, is considered the most crucial decision-making meeting for the organization.

 

RSS Sar Karyavah Dattatreya Hosabale will present the organizationโ€™s annual report, detailing the activities undertaken in the past year. The meeting will also include an assessment of the organizationโ€™s progress in expanding its network of branches and other initiatives. 

 

Special emphasis will be laid on the preparations for the RSSโ€™s centenary celebrations, marking 100 years since its inception in 1925.

 

Focus on Expansion and Outreach

 

The centenary year celebrations, from Vijaya Dashami 2025 to Vijaya Dashami 2026, will involve extensive outreach efforts to connect with society at large. The organization plans to engage with various social groups and increase public participation in its initiatives.

 

Key discussions will revolve around the โ€˜Panch Parivartanโ€™ (Five Transformations) strategy, which focuses on:

Social Harmony, Family Awakening, Environmentally Conscious Lifestyle, Self-reliant Living, Civic Duties

 

The meeting will deliberate on methods to expand these initiatives and involve more community organizations.

 

Proposed Resolutions

 

Two key resolutions are expected to be passed during the ABPS meeting:

 

  1. Bangladesh Developments: The organizationโ€™s stance and proposed actions regarding recent developments in Bangladesh.
  2. Centenary Plans: A resolution focusing on the RSSโ€™s 100-year journey and its vision for the future.

Special Tribute to Rani Abbakka

 

In a tribute to the legendary warrior queen Rani Abbakka, who contributed significantly to Indiaโ€™s unity and security, a special statement will be released to honor her 500th birth anniversary.

 

The RSS will organize 95 training camps from April to June, catering to volunteers below 40 years of age (72 camps) and those aged 40-60 (23 camps).

 

Attendance and Key Figures

 

Prominent RSS leaders, including Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, Dattatreya Hosabale, various national-level leaders, organizations such as the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, and Vishwa Hindu Parishad, will participate.

 

The meeting will commence on March 21 at 9 AM with a floral tribute ceremony. A press briefing will follow, and on March 23, Dattatreya Hosabale will address the media, presenting the meetingโ€™s key outcomes.
