Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor and Delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has invited Safai Karmchari and his family from Gujarat for lunch at his residence on Monday.

On Sunday, during AAP’s Town Hall with Safai Karamcharis in Ahmedabad, a Safai Karamchari from Gujarat, Harsh Solanki, invited Arvind Kejriwal to have dinner at his house. Upon this, Kejriwal reciprocated the gesture and invited his entire family of Harsh to his residence for lunch on Monday. He warmly accepted the AAP Convenor’s invitation and announced that he would come to his house with his family.

Giving details about the same during the Town Hall, Kejriwal said: “I will host Harsh Ji and his family at my house in Delhi and have lunch with him. Their presence will bless my house. I feel honoured that he has accepted my invitation and will be coming tomorrow.”

“Our Punjab CM Sardar Bhagwant Mann has stepped forward to make arrangements for their stay in Delhi as a gesture from his side,” Kejriwal added.

During his visit to Delhi, Harsh will be accompanied by AAP Gujarat State president Gopal Italia. They will arrive in Delhi in the morning. AAP Gujarat co-in-charge and MP Raghav Chadha will receive and welcome the two at the Delhi Airport.

The arrangements for Harsh’s stay throughout the day have been made at the Punjab Bhawan. He will first arrive at Punjab Bhawan and then rest there. He will then be escorted on a visit to Delhi government schools to witness the education revolution first-hand.

After this, he will arrive at Kejriwal’s residence in Civil Lines and have lunch with him there. After having lunch, he will visit a Delhi government hospital and see how patients are treated in Delhi. He will then return to Punjab Bhawan and then leave for the airport to head back to Gujarat.
