New Delhi: Jay Shah has officially assumed the role of Chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC) as of December 1, 2024, marking a transformative moment for the sport. One of the key highlights of Shah’s speech was the inclusion of cricket in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, which he described as a pivotal opportunity to expand the sport’s reach.
