Google has now released the Gemini app in India, supporting nine Indian languages. Previously available only in English, the AI chatbot now allows users to type or speak in Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Similar to OpenAIโs ChatGPT, the Gemini app assists in drafting messages, writing emails, analyzing images, uploading files, and answering questions. It can also search the internet and is integrated with Google services like Gmail and Maps.
The free-to-use AI chatbot, powered by Gemini 1.0 Pro, has a paid option called Gemini Advanced. This upgraded version, based on Gemini 1.5 Pro, features an advanced large language model with a 1 million token context window.
