Mahua was expelled as Member of Parliament (MP) on the fourth day of Parliament winter session in a cash-for-query case where it was found that the TMC member was sharing her Parliamentary login credentials to a Dubai based businessman named Darshan Hiranandani.
It was alleged that she was being given cash to raise questions against Gautam Adani in the Parliament.
