NEW DELHI: Anurag Goswami and Carolina Goswami, the Indian YouTubers known for their channel “India in Details,” have alleged that they have been attacked by supporters of YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in Europe.
In a video, the couple alleged that they were attacked twice by his ‘radicalized supporters’, once in France and once in Germany. They said that their car was destroyed and that data was stolen from a built-in microphone in the car.

“He has reigned terror on us and we have never felt more threatened and unsafe before,” they said.
The couple has made videos in the past debunking Rathee’s videos. They also included Rathee on their 2023 “International List of Shame.”
“Because Carolina exposed Rathee by fact checking his videos, his radicalized supporters are attacking us and our family” Anurag said, while sharing that they have their two little children with them.

“I hope and expect that the Government of India will do something to protect us from this. We have already visited 2 police stations in Europe,” they said in the video.
In the video, Anurag Goswami questioned Rathee about the attacks, asking who stole their data and who sent the people who attacked them. He also called Rathee’s principles “hollow” and urged the Indian YouTube community to stand up for him.
Rathee has not yet responded to the allegations.
