How Jamia, JNU students used BBC documentary to rekindle on-campus Left politics

Two of the national capital’s prominent institutions of higher education – Jamia Milia Islamia and Jawaharlal Nehru University are grappling with student’s unrest over the screening of a controversial BBC documentary on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The call for screening of “India: The Modi Question”, by mostly left-leaning students has become a cause of much headache for administration of both the institutions.
