On the second day of the BJP National Executive meeting, Deputy Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday moved a socio-economic resolution lauding PM Narendra Modi. The resolution adopted praised Narendra Modi for his leadership, his achievements, and G20 Presidency. This resolution was seconded by Union Minister V Muraleedharan and Sunita Duggal, MP from Haryana.

“Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Sabka Prayaas is executed efficiently. All social welfare schemes benefits and economic policies of the government are reaching every common citizen irrespective of religion or caste or region. This has led the Modi government to bring politics of saturation, governance of saturation,” said Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Fadnavis while moving resolution also stressed the fact that India’s contribution to global GDP has gone up from 2.6 percent to 3.5 percent.

The resolution also praised Modi’s efforts for swift movement on the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. A model of the temple was kept at the entry of the NDMC hall, the venue of the two-day meet. “The opposition was trying to ridicule the BJP asking for the time schedule for the Ram Temple construction. Now, the Temple is being made and now the dates have also been announced,” said Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan

While briefing the members at the session Pradhan mentioned several other initiatives of the Prime Minister and the central government that has impacted both its domestic and global capacity as a modern progressive country with access to all kinds of facilities across all strata of society.  “The one who wears ‘Hawaai Chappal’ can also sit in the ‘Hawaai Jahaaz’ The development of In-Land Waterways is being done at a fast pace. Cruise Tourism in India is not merely in the books anymore! It has now become a  reality. The government’s initiatives have not only strengthened the economy and made it Atmanirbhar (self-reliant) but awareness also has been created about India’s position,” he said.

Later at a press briefing, Fadnavis apprised the media of the vision that the Prime Minister laid out for the party workers at the meeting. He said that the Prime Minister wanted the party to increase activity in the border villages. “Our duty is to mainstream the border villages under ek bharat, shresth bharat. This is to ensure that they also have access to all the social welfare schemes,” he said.

Further, he added that the Prime Minister wants the party worker to focus on the 18-25 year age group and run campaigns to educate them about the bad governance of the previous government. “This generation doesn’t know the history of India. They should be made aware of “kusashan” and how BJP brought susashan(good governance)” he added.
