New Delhi: GodLike & Soul Qualify for the next stage of BGIS 2025 after an intense Wildcard battle. Both teams secured their spots in Semifinals Week 1, joining 14 other top-performing squads. Meanwhile, 48 teams were eliminated from the competition.
A total of 16 teams from the Wildcard Stage have advanced to the next round, while 48 teams faced elimination. The competition is getting tougher as teams battle for a place in the Grand Finals.

The Wildcard Stage took place from March 24 to 27, featuring 64 teams. The top 16 from this stage have now joined the 16 best squads from the Quarterfinals. These 32 teams will compete for eight Grand Finals spots. Meanwhile, the bottom 24 teams will move to Semifinals Week 2. The Semifinals will kick off on March 29.

GodLike Esports delivered an outstanding performance. Led by Punk, the team dominated the Wildcard Stage and topped the overall standings with 77 points. Their most impressive moment came in the opening match, where they secured a 28-kill Chicken Dinner, setting the tone for their run.

The team had a rough time in the Quarterfinals but made a strong comeback in the Wildcard Stage. They played aggressively and returned to their signature form, proving why they are one of the most feared squads in BGIS 2025.
Team Soul, on the other hand, had a shaky start. Under Manayโs leadership, they managed just 11 points in their first three matches. However, they made a remarkable recovery in the next three, finishing seventh with 53 points. They also secured a crucial Chicken Dinner, boosting their confidence ahead of the Semifinals.

Soul had performed exceptionally well in the Grind event but struggled in the Quarterfinals. Now, with a renewed sense of momentum, they are determined to maintain consistency in the upcoming matches.
Other teams that stood out included Vasista Esports, led by Pukar, and Cincinnati Kids, led by Juicy. Likitha Esports also showed great improvement, securing a Semifinals spot. Meanwhile, Orangutan Gaming and Troy Tamilan barely made the cut but will have a chance to prove themselves in the next stage.
