NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will start the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams for the 2024-25 session from tomorrow, February 15.

 

According to the information provided by the board, about 42 lakh students will appear for the exams at 7,842 centres in India and 26 countries abroad.

 

For the first time, CBSE will host a live webcast today (February 14) on its YouTube channel at 2:30 pm.

 

The two-hour session will explain the exam and evaluation guidelines to centre superintendents, assistants, city coordinators, and observers.

 

Students must bring their admit cards and school ID cards to the exam centre. The admit cards include details like exam timings, subjects, and centre information.

 

As per the data shared by the board, Class 10 exams will start with the English (Communicative) and English (Language and Literature) papers, while Class 12 students will take the entrepreneurship paper on the first day. Exams will be held from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

 

This year, CBSE has ensured sufficient gaps between two commonly chosen subjects for both classes.

 

According to the information provided by the board, the Class 10 exams will end on March 18, and the Class 12 exams will continue until April 4, 2025.
