For the first time wads of notes were displayed in Delhi Vidhan Sabha.

MLA Mohinder Goyal brought cash to the floor of the House.

AAP Rithala MLA Mohinder Goyal alleges corruption in staff recruitment at Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital in Rohini.

He alleges contractors from a guard recruitment agency tried to bribe him.

He displayed wads of notes allegedly given to him as bribe.

Rs 3 lakh given as token money.

Goyal claims he brought issue to the notice of top police officials and the LG; no one took action.

Notes to remain in custody of Vidhan Sabha.
