NEW DELHI: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is set to release the admit cards for the re-examination of the 70th Combined Competitive Examination (Prelims) on December 27, 2024.
Candidates whose earlier exam was canceled due to irregularities at a Patna exam center can download their admit cards from the official websites bpsc.bih.nic.in and onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in.
The re-exam is scheduled to take place on January 4, 2025, as per the commission’s decision following a meeting held on December 19, 2024.

Steps to Download Admit Card
1. Visit the official website bpsc.bih.nic.in.
2. Click on the link for “BPSC 70th Prelims Admit Card 2024” on the homepage.
3. Enter the required login details on the new page that opens.
4. View and download the admit card displayed on the screen.
5. Verify the details and save a copy for future reference.

Exam Pattern
The re-exam will consist of objective-type questions covering the General Studies syllabus. The paper will have 150 questions, and candidates will get 2 hours to complete it. Importantly, there will be a provision for negative marking, with 1/3 of a mark deducted for each wrong answer.
